Here's the beginning, mainly WG Soviet scouts and a couple of Artizan and 1 BTD scout with heads from Woodbines and WG - WWI Brit Service Cap
The WG scouts come with separate heads but the others needed drilling
I then tidied up with some greenstuff and added hoods where needed. Also made a greenstuff grenade as it was miscast.

Here they are again with base colours blocked in will do highlights/washes and bases next
Decided to go with the black/green camo as the Lt Green/Dk Green did not show up enough even at 28mm when at 2'

I prefer the amoeba camo black as well for that very reason. If/when I fit in a scouts squad I'll be following suit.

Very nicely done thus far. You work fast!

Thanks Fred actually started work on them on 23rd July so about 12 days - there were only 10 of them I normally take 7 days to do a batch of ten figures and I really wanted to get these done as I had been working on them in my head while waiting for the bits to arrive.
