Hi all, just bought some British Moongrunt figures and I have noticed that the British have no heavy support lasers. Does anybody know if GZG has got any plans for producing these figures?

A good question.

They also do not have any pressurised vehicles.

They do have tube heavy weapons.

Wow.  Now I can’t wait to paint up my GZG guys for a “Marsgrunt”.

I have some NSL power armour that might get some better seals and an off world paint job.

What 28mm options are there? Armed vaccsuits seem underrepresented.

Not armed.

Not if they are getting Laser SAW, would assume so, likely on list on figures to do.
I need to do crew served weapons for MoonGrunt range ( on a too long design list).  Was not asked to design enclosed vehicles for British Space Force, Jon wanted  design inspired from old TV series.
Did start to design a pseudo Moon Hopper but with release of official model thought best to leave it until later.  Have to ask if Jon still interested, would of been part resin.
Jon suggest doing bits (thrusters, landing gear, etc)  that could be glued onto empty spherical Christmas burbles to make landing craft/pods on cheap.

Errrmageeerd, all of this. ;D  I'm just tinkering with the PLA and US Marines currently and I'd love some crew weapons or a pintle mount for the buggies!

I succumbed and purchased some British , a couple of buggies and a couple of squads just to see if I liked them, they are nice though a lot bigger than expected
What rules and back ground are people using?

"doing bits (thrusters, landing gear, etc) "

This. Do this.

GZG actually already do a bunch of parts that might be useful as well in their Full Thrust line. Tanks and things from the commercial ships.

Let me introduce you to V15-63a:

Painted a nice bright blue, it is (of course) an Anderson Class Lunar Personnel Carrier...

After literally 5 years of procrastination, I have finally pulled the trigger on this now.
I went with the US starter set (with some extra vehicles), and my friend went with the Chinese.

Amazing and swift international service from Jon at GZG, as ever - thanks!

Excellent!  I think it’s a perfect reason to celebrate then.

There’s no better feeling than what you feel when all the ducks are in a row to set off on a brand new project.

PS.  Thanks for that map, by the way.  It got my juices going for sure:

I see you already found my blog, but you've shamed me into getting off my butt and adding proper Moongrunt tags to (hopefully) everything, which should show up here:

Also worth reminding folks that GZG also sells a fair number of civilian vac suit figs (some armed, some not) if you want some neutrals caught in the crossfire.  The light vac suits (including the survey team) look a bit higher tech than the Moongrunt stuff, but the heavy EVA suits and even the civilian power suits are good fits without even having to squint.  They're tucked away on his site here:

I lost most of my images to a hard drive crash last year, but here's some of the heavies painted up:

My friend printed me a Soviet LK Luna Lander - here it is next to a Saturn V that I got at Kennedy Space Centre, which I plan to use as a supply rocket
