Perry Conversion - 14th century archer

Red Box Games has an excellent sculpt to represend such a character. And Paul Hicks made some amazing archers for Claymore, but I wanted to some minis with a more basic shapes.

Very nice work  8) 8) 8)

One question for those converting plastics - any idea why Greenstuff seems to stick to plastic figures better than Procreate? I have found the Procreate easier to work with but have great difficulty getting it to adhere to the plastic.

Very nice indeed, the Perry plastics lend themselves very well to GS conversion

I've never used Procreate, so can't say. I know a lot of people say it's easier to work than GS, but I'm pretty happy with GS. I've got to know its characteristics now, and find it pretty easy. And you're right, it sticks to hard plastic like glue  :)

If you haven't tried it, use Vaseline instead of water, to prevent the Green Stuff stick to the tools. Otherwise I can't tell why Procreate does not stick as good as Green Stuff.
