It's funny how we only really care about that kind of thing when it concerns a place that is familiar or dear to us. I can remember rolling my eyes at some of the Herefordshire scenes in Shadowlands, because I knew they had been filmed in the wrong part of Herefordshire. Whereas one bit of jungle is as good as another, as far as I'm concerned. :)

I mean, come on. Bromyard is nothing like the Golden Valley, for Christ's sake. Everyone knows that.

 :) Quite!

Of course filming it in Brazil would have benefitted some Brazilian indigenous peoples and in many ways it's as much their story as Percy's. No Punch without Judy so to speak.

Yes, indeed. Well, to its credit, Shadowlands did at least benefit some indigenous Herefordians. Some bloke my brother worked with was an extra in it. :)

My wife is just like that to. I show her a picture saying "Look at this lovely picture of the kids goofing off in the living room.", upon which she replies: "It is shot in the library, dear."

Thus proving that you are in fact Colonel Mustard and the murder weapon wasn't a lead pipe.

Oh dear, I think we broke the thread. The whole second page is just nonsense. I'm reporting us all to the moderator.

Oh come on, everyone loves a bit of Scandy-noir police drama. I'll bet Hammers is a lot sexier than Krister Henriksson.

Hammers is the sexiest LAFer I've met.  Like Freddie Ljungberg, but wearing a fedora.

I've been known to woo the occasional woman.
