The second piece of the Morgan's Riflemen trifecta is finished.
Here a few shots of the finished piece and then a couple of shots of the two pieces together.

In response to several questions....

All of the trees are home made by me using the Scenic Express "Supertrees" system.
Instructions are all over You Tube.

The tall grasses are not tufts.
Tacky Glue is applied to the basic groundwork and static grass is applied to the glued areas using a "fly swatter" home made applicator.
Again, You Tube videos can show you how to make one of these.
Several passes are done, with different colors and lengths of static grass to get the best results.

Finally, I used a toothpick rolled in super glue to just graze the tops of the tall grass. Then I shake on the various colored powders that serve as flowers.

Yeah, the tall flowers in particular show the effort you go to. Well done.

The downed tree trunk in the first shot is very impressive. It looks like the real think left to rot on the forest floor for a couple of years.

That was just a twig I found outside. Nothing looks like nature, like nature.
