Do look back at the Aphids I never finished, and the charming little rule set devised to use them.

Which I STILL haven't used. *sigh*

Thank you for the kind words!

I hope the ships will inspire (Et tu, Doug  :) ) people to build their own. The next and last phase in the project will be a large tower based on the Red Tower of Helium, to complete the table for PolderCon 2017.

Beautiful stuff, laddie!  I will have to remember the scrapbooking section ideas...

Doug, you can always send them to me - I'll finish them!  ;)

Beautiful stuff, laddie!  I will have to remember the scrapbooking section ideas...

The whole 'craft store' panoply should offer ideas; many folk raid the plastic plant and garlands section to tear apart items to become pieces of foliage. The bead section, to the right eye, is filled with dungeon treasure troves, and more jars and barrels than in all the market stalls of the famed Casbah!  ;)

And the doll house accoutrements...  :D

No, really...  :o

Pijlie, GREAT work as usual, CONGRATULATIONS!  :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

(that plastic easter egg canopy is another thing I may steal use for inspiration...)   ;)

And "near-naked technologically advanced barbarians wearing swords and golden bracelets." is an almost PERFECT definition!  lol

Pijlie, my man, I've taken another look at the photos, and remembering the 40K Dark Eldar craft I tried to model into VSF, it occurs to me, with the Eldar weaponry, 40K Elves flying those to intercept their dark brethren would be TOO KEWL!

Not suggesting YOU do that that...

After all, we're gentlemen of taste!  ;D

Fantastic stuff! Your one picture above doesn't do it any where near as much justice as your blog photos! :-*

Really liking these ships, this is almost exactly the way I always imagined the martian ships in the John Carter books.
The clear canopy over the stearing wheel looks awesome imo.
Very inspirational, thanks for posting.
