It looks like the same resin that you used before, true?
I am asking because I always had incredible difficulties to make the primer stick.
I even went as far as ultrasonic cleaning...

No it was a rumor in a local store, Don't know where it came from.

I tried Citafel, Vallejo and in the end auto primer/ filler.
It work to a certain extent but obscured some of the details.
As said ultrasonic warm water bath with dish cleaner, after that brushed with a toothbrush and window cleaner. After that it was not as "glossy" as before and the primer started to stick.
