Spectre: Operations is a tabletop skirmish wargame from Spectre Miniatures which takes you to the cuttinng edge of modern warfare. Spectre: Operations introduces a world of action and intrigue, where special forces, intelligence agents and military contractors are on the front line, carrying out covert operations against a multitude of adversaries; including enemy nations, unstable regimes, ruthless warlords, insurgents, mercenaries and paramilitary groups.

The game mechanics within this book are realistic, fast paced and quick to learn, optimised for 2+ players with 4 - 40+ miniatures each side. It takes into account all modern battlefifi eld factors such as ranged and close combat, infantry and vehicle combat, air support, covert operations and civilians on the battlefield. We dont have any plans to at the moment I am afraid. If we could ship to Australia/NZ any cheaper we would, but that's how much postage costs us unfortunately. We have a few shops over your end of the world that have asked to stock it so hopefully that will work out for you.

I'm in the US. It quoted £10.40 for postage. Might still be correct, I don't know. At that rate I'll wait until I can spend more and get some figures too.

Me, good wishes on the rules but I am getting to old in the tooth for 112 pages of rules.
If they are more than three pages I loose interest.

And the dear old 'Pirate Gun' with its severely chopped barrel and no stock has a greater range than an under-barrel launcher like the M320?

Yep, without having to have countless categories for each calibre (which for reasons explained in the book have been grouped together) we found this the best way to represent them on the tabletop.
The rules are written by an extremely experienced 19 year veteran of the UK armed forces, so everything has been done for a reason!
