Nice figures and nice horses.  But - if I can make a suggestion (and give away a personal trick) - maybe try using some carefully applied gloss medium on the horses to get a bit more "sheen" instead of the rather flat color now.  More like a horse.  But you can leave as is and they are still nice, that "sheen" would just be an added touch.
