Thank you for all the compliments on the scenery, it was fun and quick to create and beats the heck out of my original idea. See below.

The 'Terror' is from the Reaper bones line (white polymer).
It is modified as it should have a somewhat bulbous body under the spine (two separate pieces). I merely chose not to use the body, cut the tail off the body and attached it to the spine and made it all waterline.(BF&I to press the figure onto the base when my trimming did not work)
The bow of the boat came with the monster, and the figure was intended to be positioned above the bow of the ship, diving over the ship.(mounted on the mast)
