Pepperpot Hunter, among others
« on: September 29, 2016, 06:14:10 PM »
These were kindly shared to the 7TV Facebook group a couple of days ago.

Check out "Sci-Fi 28mm" under "Wayne's World of Wonder". Didn't want to post a deeper link because they don't seem to resolve on my browsers. I have the rest figured out, but I can't seem to suss out who the second of these two is (he's the Demon Hunter). Mr Bollands was coy when I asked if he might have had a specific inspiration in mind for that one.

Quite a batch of figures, there.  Thanks for the alert.  The other one I don't recognise is the "Young City P.I.".

Whoops, can't help you on that one either. The only comment he had to say was "They are whomever you want them to be, archetypes from a teenagers comic book years..."

Well, Retro Space Pilot and Chronaut Grandfather apart, the others are from the late 1970s and early 1980s, if that helps.

Thanks. My teen years were spent in Marvel Comics. Outside of Dredd I read very little homegrown stuff.

Those are brilliant!  :D

Thanks for the heads up.

EDIT: Saw this on the 7TV FB - "The next nine are more recent heroes and villains, some just for larks, others fitting in with the 'super secret' project I'm working on..."

Quite excited to sees what else is in the pipeline!  :o

I have the Dan Dare and the Peter Cushing Dr Who ,they are 28mm but they're true 28mm, and really slender.
