Lovely stuff; you're really getting these out in a good pace.

I love these.  The green is subdued, and probably more accurate than the brighter greens I've used in the past.

What I really find interesting is the interpretation of the Greatcoat colour.  Again, these look great, a light earthy brown grey - I think I'm going to copy it  lol  but I've seen dark browns, mid/red browns, khaki, cream, off-white, and of course, grey.  I know there was a lot of variation, and plenty of literature mentions a 'grey brown' -- but what is the general consensus about what was the most common colour used?

Many thanks, chaps.

The green is simply the Foundry three part Russian Green.

On greatcoats, to get the grey-brown, I use a dark grey shade with a mid khaki layer and a light khaki highlight. They are probably a touch too light, but provide a suitable contrast to the green.

The trousers are the most time consuming part, so I'm glad to be moving onto jägers...

Lovely-looking work Janner. That Foundry green really does look the part.
