I think in the Brian Blake booster is the disfigured version without one arm and eye?

Yes, the Prelude to Woodbury version is 'younger' and not as damaged, yet.

That looks way better than I did.  The white looks great!

Thanks - painting whites and blacks can both be... well, challenging.

As with many of my colours, I have pre-mixed a range of shades, and with white I've come to learn that I need subtle differences in shade from layer to layer, otherwise it turns out more a 'faded grey' as opposed to white.

At first, I thought I would paint a final highlight in pure white, but the 'muted' white grew on me while I finished some of the other colours.

That should keep you occupied.

It is a fun game.

Rules very similar to AOW, with the added complexity of Negan keeping the survivors on their toes.
I shall probably be playing it (with unpainted minis, though) between Christmas and New Year.

I cannot take credit for the idea of using that material - a couple of years ago, now, at the Horisont con, I played a game of Congo presented by Jonas on a mat made by DrTheViking.

But here is Brian Blake, all set for some solo The Walking Dead, now!

There's a couple more pics on my blog.

That's a great denim effect.  Looks awesome.

Thanks, I only realized after painting him that the pants are meant to be some military-olive kind of fatigues, but I guess that kind of stuff also comes in a more civilian version (at least it does now ;) )

I hope to play a step-by-step game of the introductory scenario for Prelude to Woodbury tomorrow (before starting a 7-day streak of night watches), so I may have something to show tomorrow evening or one of the next days.

And as announced, I used a bit of Wednesday for some mini-pushing

I am in the middle of an AAR of the second PtW scenario (the first 3 parts are there, too)

January has not been very productive (winter fatique, some slight ailments, and bad news about work has kept me preoccupied), but I've come as far as part 5 of scenario 2.
