I should add that email service response is horrific. Asked (well, tried...) about an out of stock mini and after four emails and two pm's here - nothing.

What is with mini companies? They are AWFUL at communicating.

HF was just having a big sale and there was an email outage of some sort.  Not sure what it was all about but the past few weeks have been out of the ordinary for them.  You probably ran into this.

I've ordered from them a few times and had excellent service.  I think there was one missing part (out of MANY orders) and they were quick and generous with making things right.  Nice communications on FB (when I was on FB), too.  I like these guys a lot.

No he's right, our email replies for the past month have been sketchy as hell.

Just 'one of those times'. Combo of a number of things happening at once and me not being able to just work extra hours to fix it cos one of the things is me being sick.

We'll be back to normal soon hopefully, medication seems to be working and we're almost done with the Halloween promotion.
