And the Cybermen from "Silver Nemesis", alongside a host of WIPs on some of the cyborgs' earliest versions...

Ive recently caved in and the Birthday Bunny is bringing me the Exterminate boxed game and Missy and the Cybermen, because I want a host of Cybermen, not a squad.
The Missy figure will give me an idea of how the "human" figures match up against the numerous 28mm models I already have.
I got the boxed game on E Bay for a lower price AND free postage, which started to make it look a good deal even if I just wanted the models..£15 each for the Daleks and Cybermen is  very acceptable and the rules and other materials are a bonus.
There are some interesting additions in the pipeline, some obviously useful in gaming terms, others seem very odd random choices. As you can only get these   in boxes of 2 or 3 , without the option of plastic sets, it starts to get uneconomic.
But I felt much the same when collecting Harlequin/Black Tree back then at £2.50 each which is why most of my groups of aliens never got beyond 6 to 10 in number.

Very nice painted models on this thread.

Thanks very much indeed Elk101 and Forrester  :)

That's a real bargain for the "Doctor Who: Exterminate!" boxed set. Hopefully you'll enjoy the game as much as I do. Most of the factions for the game only need 6-8 minis tbh. Although both the Daleks and Cybermen can go much larger - as they were the factions "Warlord Games" thought most people would want to play as.

Thought I'd post some Vashta Nerada next; I picked up two boxes so I'd have enough to outflank the Doctor  ;)

Lovely work again!! :)

Cheers Jambo1. This next Cyberman takes me over the half-way point of the "Nightmares In Silver" Collectors Set, and I thought a Sea Devil WIP wouldn't go amiss either ;)

Thanks Jambo1  :)

I thought it was about time to paint up some Zygon reinforcements. Straightforward paint-jobs so they're already almost finished...

Many thanks Jambo1  :)

Thought I'd post up the first three of my Sea Devils next. Great sculpts, with plenty of detail to dry-brush on their vests.
