WWI 1914 (picture heavy)
« on: December 19, 2016, 09:57:12 PM »
IN the early stages of the war, the foes extended their lines northwards in an attempt to out-flank the enemy.  This scenario was designed to capture the feel of these manoeuvres.

Certainly has an epic look to the game. 10mm figures?

What rules are you using?

Hi Fred.  The game was in 10mm and on a 10' table iirc.

The rules were home grown by the chap who hosted the game and they had a lot of emphasis on command and control.

Great game! I've never seen 10mm in action before. Real cool!

Impressive looking game, 6mm and 10mm figures do these large battles justice! Well done!

I also notice a fine South Australian wine was on hand too, Peter Lehmann Portrait Shiraz a lovely drop, oh and that winery is just a leisurely drive from my house... :D
