Keep going - you've got the basic structure sorted, and you've nailed the really fiddily bits on the landing gear.

Looking good so far.  8)

Very nice landing gear.  Having just built some for my dropship, I also found it is very easy to spend a lot of time on just one detail.  Especially when you are trying to produce multiple items that need to look the same, but aren't viable to master and cast.

This looks amazing - fantastic details!  :-*

Even if you can't make the competition finish, you must finish this.

Thanks for the encouraging words, it really helps me keeping motivated. :)

Made the fourth gear house yesterday and fiddled with the positioning so now the ship is more or less standing flat.
Hopefully I can finish them tonight. I cut the brass parts already so mostly gluing them in place is left.

Does it need to stand accurately flat? Could you not put it on some terrain?

Well I like to be as precise as I can  :) It bothers me if something is noticeably amiss.
I want to use the ship as a terrain piece on any kind of board, urban, wilderness or anything in between. Putting a rock under one gear would look out of place on some boards. But it's not a problem anymore. I will post pics tonight hopefully showing the finished gears.

Btw if that's the detail you put in the landing gear, I can't wait to see the engines! :o

Err I didn't even thought about the engines yet...  o_o
My next focus will be on the turrets and the cockpit. And gluing the parts I already done together.

Hey more pics about the bloody landing gears, so exciting  lol

So the ship tilts a little forward, and to the port side.

Really impressive. It's the battle of the spaceships this year.
