 I didn't touch the octopus, the color are the originals. First a buy for painting it, in black and  green for the lord of the ring underwater creature.

Reaper makes a set called aquatic familiars for $10 USD. It includes an octopus, but I don't know how big it is. It is probably small since aquatic familiars contains several figures. :-I
