Thank you a lot guys! I'm really glad you like them :)

I have tried to paint some of the figures myself and I'm moderately happy with the results given that I hadn't painted anything in ages. The photos are still crap, as usual  lol
I have to finish the bases but we can pretend they are fighting around in the middle of winter ;)

I will try to make some better photos at some point :P

Wonderful to see them all painted and posed.
Your painting is out of practice?!
Can't wait to see some of your painted samples once the brushwork is up to your standard!

I finished the bases and did some more photos:

And then I decided to try some scenic shots:

Dances with Wolves anyone? ;)

If I ever manage to take pictures that aren't blurry I'll be so happy  lol

Just received an order placed with Juan. Beautiful castings. Great service... good communication throughout. Package arrived in Illinois from Spain faster than I can get packages from Illinois to Virginia these days. Looking forward to what's coming next. Thanks Juan.

Hi again fellow LAFers!

After some months of troubles at work and a general lack of inspiration and willingness to do anything, I'm FINALLY sculpting again and it feels GREAT.
Here is a Cheyenne warrior scouting around boxes (surprisingly the place at home with the best light).
According to Grinnell, Cheyenne were quite fond of tomahawks so he got one. Some elements like the long loincloth, dentalia choker and the metal plates ("conchas") attached to the scalplock were also very popular among Cheyenne.
I hope you like the figure!

 :) More to come, hopefully
