Dungeon Saga and 3D Printed Dungeons
« on: January 09, 2017, 03:15:42 PM »

Over the Christmas holidays I started two new projects that are running side by side, playing all of the scenarios in Dungeon Saga, The Dwarf Kings Quest and building a set of 3D printed dungeon tile terrain.

This is link to my hobby blog for details of the first game.

The 3D dungeon looks great!
Adventures? Nasty disturbing uncomfortable things! Make you late for dinner!

Glad you like the dungeon terrain, their are lots more photos and information in the article on my hobby blog, including links to printable scenery where you can get the files. I used Floor, Heavy Walls and Door's in particular for this set up.

Looks great. The walls are very high though, may give you a problem with moving figures and tokens in the 1" wide corridors (unless you are blessed with pianists fingers!!)

Hi Rob,

Yes you are right. It worked OK with the 1" alcoves but I may make some half height walls as well.

Those are really nicely thought out pieces, great to see the corridors done properly with 2 full 1" squares.
Too many times you see a 1" centre and 2 1/2" strips against the wall.

Hi, brilliant stuff! How much does it cost to 3d print those on demand, if one hasn't got his own printer?
