Flower of France
« on: January 24, 2017, 06:36:56 PM »

Some images of my early Hundred Years War French. The mounted knights are a mix of many different manufacturers and some conversions. Thanks to Matt Bickley for keeping me focused on this project (the most Cavalry that I have painted).
I still have a lot more mounted knights to paint.

They look great - do you have any bigger pictures, so we can see more details?

Thanks all, some nice comments. The project is a labour of love. Wanted to do this ever since seeing Dave Andrews and Simon Chicks, early HYW collections, many years ago.

Wow!  They are even more impressive in the bigger pictures.  It looks like some of that heraldry is hand painted.  (Bows in the direction of Imrie).  That's just spectacular all around.

And I think Claymore Castings is your endeavor as well?  A friend here built an army of Scots from that range and hats off for that as well.  Nicely done!
