I was recently reading a thread from last year about the amount of time that Wargames Foundry takes to respond to email regarding problems with orders. That was on my mind this last month, as, for the first time ever I had a major problem with an order.
On January 13 this year I received 8 out of 14 packs that I ordered from Casting Room (Foundry), and one of those packs was the wrong pack. I sent out 3 emails from that day and over the next couple of weeks to customer service at Wargames Foundry. On February 2 got a reply from Diane Ansell asking for some photos. I sent those within a few days. And then, presto, on February 13 received the rest of my order, including a pack to replace the incorrect pack that I'd previously received. Took a month, but shipping was really fast on the corrected order. And I live about 6000 miles from Wargames Foundry.
Because of that older thread, I felt I ought to share this good experience of having my order fixed within a reasonable time.
