Richard Parzival Tucker in Sudan - A game report
« on: February 11, 2017, 09:24:48 PM »
On wednesday we've played a test game on Sven's deserttable. It was the final rehearsal for the Tactica 2017 in Hamburg, Germany (18./19.2.2017).
Tucker is a fictional british officer, and yes he is really political incorrect, an he hates the savages.
So forgive him. He is a child of his time.
Have fun with the report and the pictures.
Report in german and english.

Simple but very good looking table and especially like the amphibian assault force.  Worthy of note is that even though there are different basing colors none of them clash terribly with the basic terrain coloring.  Works well.  Haven't time to read the report - in either language - but it was definitely worth the look.  So, good job visually.

I'm curious - what rules are you using for this game? (and great pictures, by the way)
Prof Challenger, I presume?

Excellent game report and I was really impressed with your table.  I liked the changes in level with those flat hills (are they cork or tree bark or something?) and the pass between, very effective.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Table and pictures look great... Google translation adds an interest flavour to the report.  :D

Hi,

Thanks a lot. We used This Very Ground as ruleset. The rules work very well in the game.
