Nice photographs and interesting conversions.

I have to admit to only being interested in the Antares plastics, which has limited my interests in the range (I painted the Concord figures from the starter as two opposing forces, the tripods do not work for me - they cannot move).

Your conversions offer some interesting options.

Are or do any of the Concord power armor have a separate helm, I might liberate for another project?

@ bishop odo:

All the plastics, and many of the metals, do have separate heads. However, you can also just buy a sprue of metal heads directly from Warlord. ;)
