My rules have a method of using stealth and disguise as well as capturing prisoners.

There's a Frostgrave element of xp (and combat), where if you shoot Rene in cold blood you loose his xp value of 100 at the end of the game, but finding him doing something suspicious and bringing him in nets 150 xp. The player also gets their characters xp value for survival. So Rene's player gets 100. Various sausages will also give xp. The inglorious will get xp for Nazi scalps of course.
