Always nice to see these old models, and the conversions that you've done are very in keeping with my memories of similar things back in the day! ;)

I rather like the PS effects too, very well done. :)

Really lovely stuff, especially the squats in the desert with sunglasses. They look like military contractors.

Here we stand!
A turning point in the history of craftworld N'kila Eldar stranded on Torq XLII. During the Battle of Gungen Pass, a unit of warriors led by Prince Finladon defended the flank of the line against waves of attacks by mining colony Squats long enough for reinforcments to arrive. This saved the downed craftworld from distruction and therefore gave the Eldar a chance to survive on the planet.

Older 40k Eldar miniatures.
Effects done with Photoshop Elements 11.

Why does the Farseer have a bag on their head? Butter face?

Edit: Ah, I see the faceplate now looking far right. Still like the idea of Eldar bagging their Farseer though.  :D

Around 15 or 20 years ago before Dark Eldar existed i collected eldar miniatures wearing robes and painted and converted some more with greenstuff hoods to make them fit in with this "Dark Eldar" look, hence the "bag". After dark eldar were released i repainted them in desert colours.
