They look good.

Kallistra make 12mm figures.

I've lots of West front stuff to paint up first, before moving to the eastern front.

Lovely little figures.  I know the scale is 12mm, and Flames of War and Peter Pig are both 15mm.  But how do Kallistra look next to the other two - is the difference very noticeable ?

The difference would be massive and very noticeable. I've gone completely with 12mm kallistra for my large scale WW1 battles, but am using Peter Pig's Square Bashing rules.

That's a shame.  Have too much invested in Peter Pig and Flames of War to start over now in another scale (besides my 28mms and 20mms, I mean).
