Thanks for the info Andrew. I REALLY need to get me some of that dark tone and medium tone Army painter stuff. I'm still using GW Nuln Oil and Agrathax(correct spelling?) Earthshade.

I think you could do the same thing with the GW washes. I only use the AP washes because that's what I replaced my old batch of GW washes with. Dropper bottles seemed easier. Never tried the new GW washes but I quite like the gloss versions, though they're a different result.

Lovely pjs, really bring out the best in the figs. The orange is beautifully done.

Re the army painter washes. Tread carefully, shake the hell out of the bottles and don't thin with water. Numerous times I've had them dry chalky white where they've pooled in the deepect recesses. Very frustrating.
