Drone and sentry in rogue stars

So as to introduce the game for my gaming group I am building several squads.
Some of them are based on minis from Deadzone universe : enforcers, rebs and contagion.
Enforcers and rebs have sentry or drone that I would like to use. Unfortunately, unless creating artificial creature, I did not find satisfying rules for drone : indeed drone/sentry should have limited intelligence and in some case should simply be remotely operated by an operator with some automatic reaction (fire) on a perimeter detection.
Do you have any house rules for this?

they will be in the supplement I am working on, basically you get a Drone Operation skill and can purchase drones as redshirts (figures that go down at the first hit ). There are also jamming tech, possibility of hacking them, and anti-drone ammo for shotguns

1 - a supplement is being written. Can we have an expected release date?
