Ramshackle Game Jet Bikes WIP
« on: March 20, 2017, 05:32:13 PM »
Okay, got my Ramshackle Games jetbikes over my vacation and sat down gleefully to put them together and then surprised myself by actually get two pretty much painted up. Trying to get all six together and a board laid out for a convention game using the pod racing Spin Out rules. Really trying for the typical rust, ruin, and speed style of painting which is honestly a bit of a new style. It worked really well on the blue bike but the cop bike with it's Mayberry police cruiser inspiration didn't seem to quite come together as well. The police bike needs a LOT of tidying but I think I'm just going to have to settle with the paint on it, vehicles have never been my strong point. Snaps from my phone because I still don't have my computer for editing and all that.

The kits themselves are awesome, though. Can't stress enough that anyone on the fence should go ahead and take the plunge as the kits are just cool as hell and Curtis throws so many bits and bobs in to customize that the options are just crazy with the amount of bikes you can put together. My casts were clean and didn't require too much clean up considering the resin material. Overall I'm please at punch by the kit and hopefully will have the rest of them painted up in short order.

Huh, I'd missed those coming out.  Me likey.

Rogue Stars now needs bike rules.  Suppose Void Pirates/Blasters & Bulkheads will support them until someone gets around to doing some.
