Looking for 20/28mm ruleset for Gundam/Battletech games

I am looking for rulesets with which to play Big Stompy Robot Games (think Gundam or Battletech) in the larger scales like 15-20-28mm. I already know and use Tomorrow's War but can anyone point me to some more examples?

Looks like a great project! I love 28mm mech gaming.

As for rules, it's not going to cover Gundam fly-about-speedy-ness quite as well (though it's not a hard ruleset to modify), but if you want to do Battletech'esque battles in 28mm that are fun and fast, I highly recommend Mech Attack.  I've been running big mech battles at conventions using the rules for a few years now and it's always a great time.
