Did you paint the stripes on the pants first then outline in black or a fat black stripe first then color over the top?

Man, those are a lesson in painting!

Thanks  :)

Dark colour stripe first, then highlight down the middle of the stripe and on the raised folds etc, with a lighter version of the colour.
