Just posted the write up of part 3 of my Dalek project going through the trials involved in getting them painted up.

A moment of true Genius is something to behold. 48 Nodules per Dalek. 60 Daleks. Total Nodules 2880.
Started painting the first one, then had one of those eureka moments.

Hah, I was thinking "I bet he just gets a little thing he can stamp them with..." and sure enough!

Necessity is the mother of invention! I started painting the nodules by hand and after the 4th Dalek realised I would not get it finished in time. The gold Daleks were easier to paint because the Nodules were just a lighter colour to the main body. So you didn't notice the bits I'd missed.
But these with Black on grey needed something else. Managed to paint nearly 3000 nodules in one sitting.

Believe me when I say no one is happier than me right now for discovering this!

Thanks to the new Germy Dalek Nodule Painter (TM) 
The Renegade Daleks are done except for the bases.


Started on some scenery elements as well.
Some old Robogear? plastic terrain to act as a plot device/objective.


And finally an oversized Dalek for a neat looking statue, all hail the Dalek Empire!
