Pulp Alley AAR-Walking with Dinosaurs
« on: May 17, 2015, 09:34:53 PM »

A couple of weeks ago, we played another game of Pulp Alley. It was a bit of an impromptu game but we wanted to try out some 'Terrors' as well as gangs. The leagues were searching for a missing Explorer lost in Darkest Africa. plot points were clues to his/her final location.

The Leagues set up at different points on the table.

Leagues were made up of a Leader, Sidekick, ally and a Follower(guide)

One of the Plot Points was the campsite.

Some of the Terrors that I controlled(as the referee)

Also had some Pygmies which caused major upset with their blow pipes.(treated them as Gangs)

It took one of the players 3 turns to successfully search the tent, whilst being attacked by scorpions, snakes and other nasty's.

Mustapha was terrible with his Tommy gun and ended up falling foul of the Pygmy gang.

Eventually one league follows the clues and finds the Explorer, desperately trying to persuade her to join them.

And still Stahlhem's forces can't fight their way out of a medium sized tent.

The Jungle drums eventually summon the Simian Terror, making short work of one unfortunate follower.

The other Leagues are kept busy by the giant ape, whilst the Explorer and her rescuers slip away in the confusion.
Another really fun game. Slowly building up support in my group.

This guy...Jodee Benavides
