Looks brutal. But the noise in one of those things must be a nightmare!

Just slightly loud...of course it's also GW sized so the hatch on the gunnery box is directly behind the recoil mechanism of the gun :D

Is there a hatch to throw out the two halves of the gunner?

Yeah - noticed that. At least there's a hatch further forward for the tank commander and his sword. :P

Luckily there is a twin-door hatch on the back side of the box...so body parts and shell casings can be excused from the premises with ease.

And we're set...well, once the final Predator bits arrive.

Got my three Rhinos --- one can be run as the Vindicator, and two are magnetized for Predator conversions (missing the "bits" to make a second Predator at the moment). Should cover my basic vehicle bases for now.

Gotta love those Rhino-Russ.
 :-* :-*

Is there a hatch to throw out the two halves of the gunner?

All marines have to spend time as a gunner before they are allowed to travel as passengers in Rhinos.
Makes it easier to squeeze ten in the APC that way....

Thanks, Mason!

The Eldar gained a Fire Prism today to flesh out their armour...because Eldar tank companies are a thing?

So, after disliking the Fire Prism paint scheme, I immediately edited it --- because I was about to eBay it!

I also whipped an old busted Warlock into a new Bonesinger for my army:

And I purchased and painted up some better weapon options for the Rhino-Russ (and the 2nd predator)

--- Just received some sponsons so I can almost field two Predators and a Vindicator now.

I've put some of these up in the "games played" thread on General Discussion - but recently I've had a bunch of excellent 40K games, and I've snapped some glamour shots of both armies being put through their paces.

More pics on the blog as usual.

Introducing the centerpiece (or perhaps...one of...) for the Wandering Sons, my Chaos Renegade Chapter.

Boagrius, the Leviathan Dreadnought.

He's a biggun.  A few more pics on the blog.

Very nice.

Can I recommend you include the blog address in your post and/or in you side details (website address in personal details that display under your avatar, etc)? Because signatures only display under your first post for a page.
