Admin help needed with password

Hi there. The machine I've been logged into LAF for the last couple of years is about to die. I can't for the life of me remember what the old password was and I have just realised that I managed to spell the recovery email address incorrectly. D'oh!
Is there anyone who can help me out? I feel like I'm days away from being locked out for good (I half expected the computer to crash whilst writing this).
