Help with password reminder

Hi
I'm logged on via my Safari - which retains my user name and password and automatically logs me in.
I need to move to use Chrome.
I know my user name - but can't recall my password
Now here's the problem - I believe that my email has changed from the one I use for LAF, (it was closed down by the provider and I cannot access it) so my request for a password reminder is not being received.

is there any way around this please - ideally I don't want to create a new avatar and lose all my history on this great forum.

If you're on safari I'm assuming you're on a Mac. 

You can look up your password in the Safari Browser by selecting Safari>Preferences>Passwords.  Enter your mac password to open the password feature and then search for leadadventureforum.com in the password list.  Clicking on it will reveal the stored password.
