Password reset not working?

My buddy Modhail forgot his password and used the reset function, but is not getting any response to that. Can any of the Mods help him out?

Yup, I've been trying daily, for a week now, but there's just no recovery mail being sent, nor do I get acces to the "secret questions" to restore/change my password.
I've had to resort to making this new account to regain access to this lovely forum.
I'd love to get back to my original account, though, so if any mod could help me out?

Emails aren't sending out.

I really really want to help fix this as it's unlikely to be particularly difficult, but either the wrong people are reading it whenever I offer, or they aren't bothered
