Make that four starter boxes. Remaining classes of plastic ships below.
That's a Saint Petersburg-class heavy cruiser, a pair of Osaka-class light cruisers, and four Taipei-class frigates there.
The heavy cruiser sports a pair of superlasers, and has the highest damage potential of any hull of its weight class. Very hard to use effectively though, since you need to line up your shot the turn before firing so you can use Weapons Free to fire everything. Either that or have a careless enemy fly in front of you before you've activated.
The light cruisers are armed with the same big ventral railgun turrets found on many of the larger cruiser classes, and are very efficient gun platforms. Bit fragile, with lighter armor, less hull, and they also suffer from truly awful close action weaponry.
The Taipeis are close action frigates, which basically translates to "suicide missile boat" in DfC. Nasty, but they're going to struggle to get off even one or two volleys before they die to enemy fire or (depressingly often) the explosions of their targets and/or squadron mates.
