Looks extremely 1960's space age! Interesting little tank - turned down by the army as it basically didn't fit into the doctrine but the Marines took it as it could get anywhere a Marine could. 50cal resistant armour was 'good enough' but they were extremely vulnerable to mines and AT weapons.
They packed a significant punch though... then ran off to reload!
They were basically expended by the marines, they ran them until they ran out of spares.
Some were used on static defence as a load of beehive (APERS) from a couple of Onti could stop a NVA attack dead in it's tracks.
