From the Claymore Facebook page : I don't think they've been posted here so far.

Sculpts by Matthew Bickley with another three figures to come to produce two packs of four figures each. When not warring on the continent, I'm confident these sellswords will also find gainful employment in Westeros and other similar fantasy kingdoms.

Sure !
I'm working on my Kingdom of Men army for Kings of War, and those nice minis will find their way to my painting desk ! :D

The detail is superb and the facial features are even better. Very nice!
-
Those are beautiful!
-
Them's dead nice! Especially like the clothing wrinkles. And y'know what, I'm looking at that first guy and I'm ridiculously grateful that Matthew Bickley doesn't assume the side of the hand attaches to the arm.
I was waiting for Perry HYW French for ASoIaF, Dragon Rampant shenanigans, but with all the good stuff coming out of Claymore I don't know if I should bother.

They are lovely. ;)
-
Gorgeous! Very evocative! :o
-
Really nice sculpts from a talented sculptor, these will be hard to resist.☺

The dogs bollocks :-* :-* :-*
Any dog would be willing to sell its current bollocks to acquire bollocks like these...
-
Those really are top notch, and yes, they really will serve very well for GoT.
Think these might well be the first Claymore Castings I've been tempted into... :)
That said (and I'm sure this has been asked a gabillion times before, but) any idea how Claymore scale in with Perry?
I can imagine the initial Claymore sculpts by Mr Hicks would be a pretty good fit. But knowing Matthew's sculpting work for Boot Hill, I wonder if these might be a bit on the chunky side to sit alongside the Perry WOTR/HYW ranges?

My dog took one look at 'em then at me and high tailed it over the fence.
@ The Cpatain, I'm with you sport. It looks like I will be sending my first order to Claymore castings...
-
You'd be surprised Richard. Matts sculpts for claymore are much slighter than his boothill work and sit alongside Mr. Hicks work very easily.
To be honest they are actually a touch slighter than the plastic Agincourt set.
And date I say it, nicer.. (runs for cover).. :o

You dangerous maverick, you, Ray lol
Well, I suppose I'd better try some then. Thanks for the advice :)

Does any one here have any of the other world fantasy line? I am wondering how well claymore and they mix. Might have to use some as town guards or merc's

Ask and ye shall receive....
OK, as you can see, the Perry pikeman on the left is noticably bigger than the Claymore equivilant on the right (who, although in a slightly more "hunched" pose, is mounted on a thicker base).
However, a comparison of the Perry knight with the Claymore knight shows much more of a parity (both mounted on the same thickness base this time).

However, however, however, on putting the Perry knight back in his blister, I noticed that compared to the unarmoured musician in the same blister, he appears quite puny, so overall it seems that it differs on a figure by figure basis.
Overall, i've found the the claymore figures to be cleaner casts, with better definition of the fine detail, if possibly featuring less "intricate" detail than the Perry's in places. So pretty much swings nd roundabouts, then....

Aha. Interesting. Thanks very much for fishing that out Iain. Much appreciated :)
-
They are rather spiffy 8) 8)
cheers

Superb. Think I'll be putting in an order some time.
-
They are lovely and I cannot help but say how good the Claymore sculpts are and how well they are cast.
These will come in more than handy for a certain historical project!
Brilliant stuff David, Andrew and kudos to Matthew for producing such beautiful sculpts :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

I couldn't tell you right now, but since I can feel my resistance crumbling daily that may well change pretty soon.

would you happen to know how Crusaders HYW would scale with Claymore?

Unlike their Wars of the Roses line (which would fit but would be anachronistic) the HYW sculpts are a lot chunkier and a little taller.

Beautiful sculpts! I've admired them for a while and may have to buy some!
-
David/Andrew/Matthew, when will the full gamut of Pavasiers be available?
Putting on another order for my LR Islemen today! :)
Darrell.

David/Andrew/Matthew, when will the full gamut of Pavasiers be available?
Excellent question, as I want some myself (with a bunch of crossbowmen)...
-
Does anyone know of a US source for Claymore Figures....or Should I plan to order straight from the source?
thanks,
Blue

Hi guys,
Sorry just seen these questions. To answer...
The next set of 8 Pavasiers are away to the casters just now. The Turn around is two or three weeks.
Matt is now working on French foot and mounted knights.
Sorry, we do not have a USA stockist. But we post to the States regularly.

thanks for the quick response David. I'll pull together an order when money frees up a bit.
Cheers,
