Firing Line Dragoons
« on: 17 May 2017, 08:00:22 AM »
Here are some shots of my Firing Line Dismounted Dragoons.
Firing Line wasn't around long. The figures were commissioned by Jim Purky, of Fife and Drum and I have no idea if they were sold commercially.
I managed to track the owner of the molds down and he ran the molds for me back some time ago.
The figures came in 4 poses, but with 5 head choices.
The usual cavalry headgear and a tricorn hat.

Firing Line also did mounted poses, which I will attempt to locate and photograph another day.

Here are the Firing Line poses painted as the various Continental Cavalry Units and a SC Militia/State Unit.

You are a collector and painter of the obscure. Nice work.

Those are great figures. It is amazing what a difference a head swap can make.
