Thoughts?


There are one or two points I'd like to make:

1:  I like the smaller Great Powers packs (13 troops plus a officer and bugler).  I know, 13 is kinda weird, to a TSATF player like me.   But, I dont need 30 and a separate command pack (their usual set up).  Ironically, I may still have to buy two packs if I want a normal TSATF unit of 20+ officer.

2:  Chinese Civilians, AND passive and fighting Europeans in 30 packs!  Woo Hoo!  My big table requires LOTS of Chinese non combatants, and the civilians will be GREAT for MANY other genres (who couldnt use European civilians for other Colonial games?)

3:  I didnt get the Chinese Regular Infantry.  Yet.   My table is based on lots of Boxers, and lots of Imperial Chinese troops. 

4:  The International gun and crew?  THATS a must have for the determined, accurate Legation game.  (I didnt get it, I'm doing a "nearby Peking table".  As of now)

5:  The Legations.  WOW!   I build my own terrain, but still, wow!  I bet folks are forking over the bick bucks for that whole set?
