There's just been an interesting discussion programme on Radio 4 here in the UK about the Boxer Rebellion. It's the weekly 'In Our Time' strand, where Melvyn Bragg hosts three academics who discuss a topic of the week - history, science, philosophy etc.

Was a pretty interesting discussion. I've got to say that it's not a period I know a lot about, but I feel like I do now!
