AT 43 rights sold.

Back in 2013 I wrote to cyanide studios asking what they were doing with AT-43 .

4 years later i got a reply. Good to see they kept a list of people interested i suppose!

So the rights have been sold, no idea who too but watch this space I suppose.

I understood though, that the original moulds have been rusting away in a Chinese scrapyard for almost a decade, which can't be good...

Yep, that's a cryptic response at best..."assets" sounds bad (i.e. selling off the tooling, machinery, etc.)

Most of the  moulds have been destroyed, according to Paolo Parente. One of the writers of a Dust fanzine asked him directly about it and he confirmed it. They were in no shape do be re-used

Heard the same thing from a different source he gave an interview to.  Apparently the factory in China that Rackham partnered with got stiffed in the bankruptcy and let the molds languish and finally melted them down.  Such a shame.

Keep posting if you hear more news.  I know I'd like to hear what happens to the universe.
