British captains in the Indian army

I noticed British captains in the Indian army in SDRS do not have the option to purchase 2 additional talents like captains in a British rifle company. Is this correct? Or a typo?

Please refer to IHMN Core Rules, Section 1.5, Sub-section 'The Power of Rules'.  Also, IHMN page 36, first paragraph.

The companies we have described in our various volumes are there mostly for guidance, and we welcome players expanding upon them or creating their own. So, if you wish to field a Captain with two more, thematically-suitable, talents then you should do so
