Very kind of you all! I wish i could say it was some secret technique passed down through generations, but really it's a white primer, brown wash, thin brown basecoat, second brown wash, add colour for painted areas, green wash , then weathering.

I had a little mess around with the image editor on my phone and put together a little shot of the lake mists rolling in over a wilderness port.
