Free Superhero Rules

Like lots of people I've bought stacks of the Heroclix figures, and fancy doing some skirmish wargaming with them but don't really fancy shelling out for rules for a sideproject. I was wondering if anyone can recommend some rules or have the Tabletop Titans rules set - I read about it on the Free Wargames Rules site but can't find it on the TT site. I know that Pulp City do a set but understandably it seems to be geared towards their own figures.

The old Golden Heroes rules are available free from RPG now/Drive Thru/etc. They're called a different name now, Squadron UK.

Oops, I mean 24 hours and 20 minutes.

Meant to add thanks for the suggestion. Not really looking for an RPG but might provide some ideas.
