I do that too but just elevate - a penny works wonders.

Never had to cut the bases off any. Yet.

I was thinking about doing this just today. Sometimes it seems they're just too far off and they can't mix, but others...

I have some 1st Corps Thracians and wanted to mix them with some Mortal Gods figures from Footsore for added flavor or whatever. The two metal Footsore Thracians should be okay; they just look like taller people of the same species  But the resin guy for whatever reason is like a head taller than the 1st Corps boys. I'm hoping if I chop the base off under his shoes it should at least bring him down to the height of the other Footsore Thracians...
