Do you ever start building something and thing "you know what, this might actually be TOO big."

Cus this one is so big that I've had to move it to the studio since my home desk just doesn't have the space.

And of course it walks...

Good... Lord...  :o

That's on the back of an XL Scarab, am I right?
Operating from an abandoned US spy base somewhere in the Australian outback, Miniature Martin produces games and scale miniatures set in parallel worlds, past and future. He is NOT trying to take over the Earth. This time.

If only I was as fast (I'm always nowhere near as neat - I plan NOTHING with these robots, I just grab some junk and start gluing.)

My walker is taking shape. I'm thinking of it belonging to a 'rust miner' scavenger family, hunting for valuable items amidst ancient mining installations.

The inspirational concept that is ramble has helped me to rediscover my modelling mojo in lockdown. This is a WIP shot my first walker, Centaur, home to a family of 'rust miner' scavengers.

Now I just need to tidy up the model and do a bit of greenstuff work before thinking up a suitable paint scheme.

It looks wonderful mate - It's great to see other people exploring ramble. Fair warning tho, These things are addictive and before you know it, you've got a bookcase dedicated to them!  lol
